Usage Tips
This application is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 16 years of age, please do not download, install, or use this application; if your guardian discovers that a minor is using this application without permission, please urge them to uninstall and stop using it immediately. We will not proactively collect any personal information from minors. If we verify any unauthorized collection of minors' data, we will immediately delete all related data.
I. Permissions, Information Collection Scope, and Purpose of Use
This application strictly adheres to the principle of minimum necessary data collection. It only requests corresponding permissions and collects necessary data to achieve basic browser functions, and will not collect sensitive personal information unrelated to business operations. Your bookmarks, browsing history, downloaded files, local videos, etc., are all stored locally on your device.
(I) Local Storage Content
Browsing history, bookmarks, customized homepage popular sites;
Webpage cache, website cookies, search history;
Downloaded images, videos, and documents from webpages;
Personalized configuration;
Battery, process, and traffic statistics cached data.
All of the above content is stored locally on your device.
(II) Required Permissions and Corresponding Information
Storage Permissions: Save downloaded videos, webpage cache, clean up junk files; only read browser-related files, and will not actively access the photo album, contacts, or private documents without permission.
Network Permissions: Load webpages, search online, retrieve weather and news information, monitor application traffic consumption, and download webpage media resources.
Camera Permissions: A pop-up request is only made when the user actively clicks the QR code scanning function. The camera is used to recognize QR codes and will not be used in the background when idle.
Location Permissions: Only the weather card module uses location permissions; you can refuse authorization without affecting any other browser functions.
Notification Permissions: Notifications are pushed after video downloads are complete. You can disable notification permissions at any time in your phone's system settings.
(III) Non-Personalized Anonymous Statistical Data
To continuously optimize application stability, adapt to different models, and fix program crashes, we collect anonymous device and usage data that cannot be located to a specific individual: device model, system version, network IP, system language, time zone, advertising identifier, application function click behavior, and page dwell time.
This type of data will be de-identified and anonymized, and will only be used for product iteration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. It will not be associated with any information that can identify you.

All local data: Retained until you actively clean up, delete files, or uninstall the application.
Anonymous statistics and crash logs: Retained only for a reasonable optimization period, automatically and anonymously destroyed upon expiration.
Compliant logs required by regulatory authorities: Strictly retained according to legal time limits, and anonymized upon expiration.
(III) Security Protection Measures
We use industry-standard technologies to protect data, while regulating internal personnel's data access permissions and establishing a multi-layered protection mechanism to reduce the risk of leakage, tampering, and loss.
However, the internet and mobile device environment cannot be absolutely secure. We cannot promise to completely eliminate all data security risks. We recommend that you take good care of your personal devices.
III. Legal Use of Information
We will only use the acquired data in the following compliant scenarios and will not abuse information beyond the necessary scope:
Supporting all browser functions;
Optimizing application performance and fixing program malfunctions such as crashes and lag;
Receiving and processing user feedback and complaints;
Ensuring application security and blocking malicious access and violations;
Pushing non-mandatory personalized advertisements based on anonymous device identifiers;

Sharing anonymized, unidentified, and unlinked anonymous device data with data analysis, advertising, and crash statistics service providers is solely for application optimization and advertising performance statistics. This type of data cannot be used to locate specific users.
Third-Party Integration Services
This application integrates with third-party tools for ad display, performance statistics, and crash monitoring. These third parties will process the anonymous device data they obtain according to their own privacy policies. We cannot control the data processing behavior of these third parties.
